Architectural Review Application Process

• Homeowners interested in making architectural changes must obtain the architectural review application from the HOA. This document outlines the necessary information and requirements for submitting a request.

• Homeowners should gather all necessary documentation to support their architectural request. This may include detailed plans, drawings, photographs, material samples, and any other relevant information that accurately depicts the proposed changes.

• The homeowner must complete the architectural review application in its entirety. This involves providing accurate and detailed information about the proposed changes, including dimensions, colors, materials, and any applicable contractor information.

• Once the application is completed, the homeowner should submit it to the designated contact within the HOA. It is important to ensure that all required documentation is included with the application to facilitate a thorough review process.

• The ARC will review the architectural application, assessing its compliance with the established guidelines and standards. The ARC may request additional information or modifications before making a final decision.

• The homeowner will be notified of the ARCs decision regarding their architectural request. If approved, any conditions or requirements must be met before proceeding with the proposed changes. 

• Once approval is granted, the homeowner can proceed with implementing the approved architectural changes. It is important to adhere to any specified timelines, conditions, or requirements outlined by the ARC during the review process.
